- Maybe dig one up from day's of old

- Amigasloth
- from when the amigados was known for being the slowest
- OS around. 86-?, when no game was writen using amigados, the STers were
- laughing (I remember many flame wars of old, me on the amiga's side).
- SVGA was just coming out and we were losing the argument of best quality
- graphics big time, then the 3000 came out with now real graphics
- improvments besides built in flicker fixer and the war was over.
-
- Some notes of recent amiga experinces, at school we had a few amigas
- still, up till a few years ago they were the predominate art computers
- now are computer ani labs have pc's running 3d studio and SGI's running
- Alias and Soft Image our graphics labs are all macs. But before they
- disapeared into the night i booted one up to show a friend (a computer
- novice) up came WB 1.2/1.3 and he laughed and said "that's the fucken
- ugliest display i've ever seen, did people accually buy this?" stunned
- by how ugly the blue, orange, white and black was i was speachless, i
- tried showing him the graphics capabillities, and the only graphics
- software was Sculpt 3d or Sculpt animate 4d can't rember which, i tried
- getting something going but i needed to find a manual to type in the
- copy protection after a fruitless search i gave up, i haven't seen the
- amigas around since. I believe they were amiga 2000's with a '30 and
- round 8 megs of ram but i'm not sure.
